1. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect any personal or financial information.

The app does not collect or transmit any of the following:

  • Personal details (name, email, phone, address)
  • Financial data or transactions
  • Device identifiers or IP address
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics, cookies, or tracking data
  • Contact lists, files, or media

The app works entirely offline, and all data remains stored only on your device.

2. Data You Enter in the App

All information you manually enter — such as income & expenses, budgets, recurring transactions, accounts, categories, and notes — is saved locally on your device only.

We do not have access to this data, and it is never uploaded to our servers (we do not run any servers).

3. Local Network Web Access (Optional Feature)

The app includes an optional feature that lets you access your data through a web browser on the same local WiFi network.

  • The app does not use the internet to transmit your data.
  • No data is sent to any external server — the connection is local to your network.
  • All processing happens locally on your device.
  • This feature is completely optional and can be disabled by the user.

4. Data Export & Backup

The app allows you to export your data as a JSON file for backup.

  • Export files are stored where you choose on your device or cloud storage if you manually upload them.
  • The app does not automatically upload these files anywhere.
  • You are responsible for storing exported files securely.
  • Importing data is processed solely on-device.

5. Third-Party Services

This app does NOT use any of the following:

  • Advertising SDKs
  • Analytics tools (Google/Firebase/Mixpanel etc.)
  • Cloud storage or remote servers
  • Social logins or third-party APIs

The app is an independent, offline application.

6. Permissions Used

We request only minimal permissions required for core functionality:

  • Local Network (Optional): Used only for opening the app in a browser on the same WiFi network. No data leaves your device.
  • Storage (Optional): Used for exporting and importing JSON backup files. Your data remains offline.

The app does not access other files or folders beyond what is required for export/import.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not collect any personal information and can be used by anyone. However, it is not specifically targeted toward children under 13.

8. Security

Because we do not store or process user data on servers, your information remains on your own device.

  • Use a device lock (PIN, pattern, fingerprint)
  • Use strong passwords for your device and backups
  • Keep regular local backups of exported data

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on the Google Play Store listing and inside the app's About / Privacy section where applicable.
